Nisha Besara

She is the editor in chief for Sweden’s largest leadership magazine, Tidningen Chef. Before joining Chef she was Deputy Managing Partner at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs. Nisha is a political scientist who worked for the Swedish government, with long experience from the media sector as well as the culture and arts sector. During her period as CEO for the renowned theatre Unga Klara, the government appointed the theatre national stage for children and young people. Nisha has also been a columnist in the daily papers Aftonbladet and Expressen and was the founding editor in chief of the web based daily Dagens Arena.

Tommie Cau
Co-founder, Future Work Labs

Tommie Cau has spent the past 15 years as an advisor, business developer, facilitator and speaker focused on Talent, HR and the Future of Work. He’s the co-author of State of Mind at Work and founder of HR Talks, one of Sweden’s biggest HR podcasts. In 2022 Tommie co-founded Future Work Labs with the mission to help organisations take the post-pandemic work-life from idea to reality. Since 2017 he is the owner of business development agency Cau & Co which helps grow leaders and brands in HR. Tommie also serves as an advisor to mental health company Ahum and a co-owner in referral SaaS startup Lovorda. Previously Tommie has served as a senior advisor with comms agency Hallvarsson & Halvarsson and in a series of sales and marketing director roles with brands like Universum, Careereye, Nova, ActiWay.

Nalle Söderström is Founding Partner and operates byWiT a Stockholm based investment company focused on executional investments in digital challengers. Co-founded Mediaplanet in 2002, a global content marketing company. He moved to New York from London in 2007 to help expand its North American operations. In 2014 Mr. Söderström joined together with a group of U.S. investors to create Rchery, an opt-in mobile ad platform, set to launch in 2015.

H&M Lifestyle brands consist of several independent Lifestyle brands building on the strong heritage of H&M but applied to other industries than fashion, currently consisting of H&M HOME, H&M Beauty and H&M Sports. Jenny has extensive experience with over 19 years of driving strategic HR in various positions in the retail and telecom industry, and was previously part of the growth journey at H&M Online Sales, with the mission to expand to over 40 digital markets. She is very passionate about growth journeys and how to increase performance by engagement, leadership, and diverse teams with an innovative culture and a growth mindset.
